Ha Noi, July 1, 2026. Representative of OMT was honored to participate in the High-Level Partnership Reception: “From Learning to Prosperity: Partnerships to Strengthen Viet Nam’s Human Capital,” co-hosted by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), UNICEF Vietnam and the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) in Hanoi.

The event brought together senior representatives from government agencies, international development organizations, embassies, philanthropic institutions, businesses, youth leaders, and education experts to explore how cross-sector partnerships can help transform education and equip young people with the skills needed for an increasingly dynamic world. The dialogue aligns with Viet Nam’s long-term ambition of becoming a high-income nation by 2045 through sustained investment in human capital and education reform.

Representing the voice of the private sector, Founder and CEO Ha Dau (Hannah) joined the expert panel alongside leaders from MOET, UNICEF, GPE, the Vietnam National Institute of Educational Sciences (VNIES), and the Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE). The panel discussed future skills, workforce readiness, educational innovation, and new partnership models that can accelerate Viet Nam’s education transformation.

During the discussion, Ms. Ha emphasized that the most valuable capability young people need is not simply mastering today’s knowledge, but developing the ability to continuously learn, unlearn, and relearn. She highlighted metacognition – learning how to learn – as a foundational skill that enables learners to adapt to technological advances, evolving industries, and lifelong career development.

OMT also shared its perspective on the growing importance of collaboration between educators, technology providers, employers, and policymakers. As digital transformation reshapes education and employment, stronger partnerships are essential to ensure learning remains relevant, inclusive, and responsive to future workforce demands.

For more than two decades, OMT has worked with schools, universities, enterprises, and public-sector organizations to develop digital learning solutions that enhance educational quality and expand access to lifelong learning. The company’s AI-powered learning platforms and competency-based training ecosystem reflect its commitment to helping learners build practical skills while supporting educators with innovative digital tools.

Participation in this high-level dialogue marks another milestone in OMT’s ongoing engagement with national and international partners working to strengthen Viet Nam’s education ecosystem. OMT highly values UNICEF’s leadership in fostering collaboration across sectors and creating opportunities for meaningful dialogue between policymakers, educators, development partners, youth, and the private sector.

Looking ahead, OMT remains committed to contributing its expertise in educational technology, digital learning innovation, and workforce development to help create a more resilient, inclusive, and future-ready education system. By working together with partners such as UNICEF, MOET, GPE, and the broader education community, OMT believes Viet Nam can equip every learner with the skills, adaptability, and lifelong learning mindset needed to thrive in the decades ahead.
