OMT congratulates the University of Languages and International Studies – VNU (ULIS) on winning the 2026 GMA Awards

Online Management Training Joint Stock Company (OMT) sends the warmest and most respectful congratulations to the University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS – VNU) on the honor of becoming one of the outstanding institutions to win an award at the 2026 Global MOOC and Online Education Conference (GMC).
The English B1 LMS course of Vietnam National University, Hanoi excellently passed comprehensive evaluation rounds to become one of the 20 globally awarded educational programs.
The GMA Awards aim to bring together outstanding educational innovations from around the world, thereby recognizing educational programs and teaching practices that demonstrate significant innovation, bring high educational value, and have the potential for broader application. Following a comprehensive evaluation process, the committee honored a total of 20 educational programs, including 10 GMA Awards and 10 GMA Awards: AI Special Recognition.
Representing Vietnam’s higher education, the English B1 LMS course of the University of Languages and International Studies (ULIS-VNU) left a strong mark at this year’s awards. The program’s authoring team includes:
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Thi Thanh Nha – Dean of the Faculty of English Language and Culture (formerly the Faculty of English Language & Culture for English-speaking countries).
- Dr. Lam Thi Hoa Binh – Lecturer at the Faculty of English Language and Culture.
- Dr. Lai Thi Phuong Thao – Vice Dean of the Faculty of English Language and Culture.
- MSc. Nguyen Quynh Hoa – Vice Director, Office of Academic and Student Affairs.
- MSc. Trinh Hai Tuan – Vice Director, Office of Resource Management.
- MSc. Hoang Thi Phuong Loan – Head of Foreign Language Division, Faculty of English Language and Culture.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hanh – Lecturer at the Faculty of English Language and Culture.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Minh – Office Administrator, Faculty of English Language and Culture.
The achievement of the University of Languages and International Studies affirms the capacity to apply online technology in language education, creating strong motivation for the network of managers and EdTech enterprises. The international recognition of The English B1 LMS course not only honors the quality of the school’s digital learning materials but also affirms the right direction in building an inclusive and modern online educational ecosystem.
