The “Future Managers” training courses aim to help new graduates and young professionals to start right and fast track their corporate careers.
The training course “From College to the Workplace” equips new graduates, new staffs of companies with practical skills and knowledge to quickly adapt themselves to new working environments, understand managers’ and peers’ expectations and respond well to those; work well in teams and solve work-related problems effectively.
Other training courses for the up-and-coming professionals include the “HRM for Young HR Professionals” and “Finance for Young Finance Professionals”. These courses are conducted by experienced practitioners, using real life cases and examples to help participants acquire skills and knowledge pertaining to their chosen area of expertise in an effective, practical and fast-track manner.
