Lead Trainer: Nguyen Thi Nam Phuong
Ms Phuong is senior trainer and consultant in the area of Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Training Management, Project Management and Management Information Systems.
She has led successful consulting projects in the areas of HRMD and organizational re-structuring for both public service organizations and major private sector corporations in Vietnam.
She also conducted numerous training programs in HRM, OD and management skills for clients in Vietnam and Southeast Asia region, namely the Office of the Government of Vietnam, Ministry of Planning & Investment, Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development, Water Sector Research Institutes, FPT Corporation and member companies, Vietnam Tobacco Corporation, various securities companies (SSI, VNDirect, APEC, GSI, TVSI).
Ms Phuong graduated from Odessa State University (Ukraine) and holds a Master of Commerce degree with double concentration on HRM and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of New South Wales (Australia). She also tutored at New Castle University (Australia).
