OMT is one of the longest-running platform and e-learning service providers in Vietnam. As system service provider, OMT takes the safety, security and privacy of all information seriously. Our up-to-date security systems and policies ensure data security and respect the privacy of all of our users.
Website security
All information on OMT database is stored behind an encrypted password, both for the kindergartens and parents. Only those with authorization are able to access the OMT system.
The system login website has a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate. Having SSL certificate ensures that all data passed between the OMT server and user’s browser remains private.
Server security
Information on OMT platform is stored on cloud infrastructure provided by Vietnam’s leading cloud service providers, ensuring the most secure cloud computing environments available in the country with highly secure data centers utilizing modern electronic surveillance, access control systems and 24×7 security guard protection.
Privacy of information
OMT does not own any personal information about users that is stored on our server, including any photos or videos. Personal information on OMT system is not shared with any third party, except in special cases where OMT ask for express (written) permission from the user before using any personal information of the user for marketing or other purposes.
