OMT developed and facilitated the online sessions in the blended training program “Management skills for district-level managers of Viet Nam Post”, Vietnam’s largest postal service company (http://www.vnpost.vn), co-deliverd with OCD Management Consulting.
- Developed contents for online learning , to be used in the “Management skills for district-level managers of Viet Nam Post” program .
- Facilitated 20 online modules of the blended learning program, each module roughly equivalent to 04 classroom training.
Project duration: 07 months, from March 2011 to October 2011
