On the afternoon of October 8, 2026, at the Grand Plaza Hanoi, The Online Management Training Company (OMT) participated in Panel 3, titled “Global Alliance for Children Initiative”. Operating under the theme “Building the Future Together,” the event convened high-level representatives from the Ministry of Education and Training, development organizations, and technology enterprises to discuss strategies for translating digital transformation commitments into practical actions for every child.

Throughout the panel, the core challenge addressed was how to apply technology safely while keeping children at the center. Representing policymakers, Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh, Director General of Vietnam Education Strategy and Policy Institute (VESPI), emphasized the necessity of identifying crucial conditions required to scale up safely from pilot models to system-wide implementation, ensuring inclusivity for all learners. This strategic vision was further reinforced by the Ministry of Education and Training in its recent directive on Promoting digital education cooperation for children’s development, which highlighted the critical need for safe, equitable digital spaces and the evidence-based use of AI to support teachers’ professional autonomy.
Offering a practical local deployment perspective, Mr. Ha Duy Binh, Head of Digital Transformation Support and Advisory in Ho Chi Minh City (DXCenter), shared a candid view on the real bottlenecks in digital transformation, bridging technology, data, governance, and human capacity. Echoing the human-centered approach, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tu (Director of AEA) and Ms. Do Thi Thu Huong (Director of Government Affairs at Intel Vietnam) highlighted the urgency of leaving no vulnerable demographic behind, as well as the corporate sector’s responsibility to equip the youth with future-fit technological skills.

Contributing to the sector’s broader landscape, OMT Chairwoman Dau Thuy Ha represented private enterprises by defining the “right investment” in educational development strategy. She articulated that the education sector must pivot away from focusing on hardware quantities and instead invest in a comprehensive educational support ecosystem. Within this ecosystem, teachers must remain the focal point, provided with tools to actively create and share digital resources rather than acting merely as passive technology users. To actualize this inclusive educational framework, OMT is focusing its resources on developing preschool STEM learning materials integrated with AR, prioritizing vulnerable groups, and fostering long-term partnerships through the AWS Education Equality Initiative to leverage advanced AI infrastructure for scalable impact.

As a pioneering force in Vietnam’s educational technology (EdTech) sector, OMT is solidifying its position and clear strategic direction in the national digital transformation mission. Through foundational solutions such as e-learning systems, the KidsOnline management software, and the KidsEdu STEM program, OMT is committed to building a comprehensive, inclusive, and safe digital education ecosystem. Moving forward, the company will relentlessly expand long-term partnership models with international organizations and technology partners to create sustainable value, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to access high-quality education in the digital age.
