In 2025, Aratek Biometrics collaborated with Online Management Training Joint Stock Company (OMT) to implement an intelligent access control and management solution at three campuses of INschool – a leading K–12 education system in Vietnam. Challenges Before Implementation

Before adopting the new solution, INschool faced several challenges in daily access control and operations:

To address these issues, Aratek and OMT deployed an intelligent access control and management system across INschool’s three campuses:

• BA8300 Facial Recognition Device: Installed at entrances with rapid recognition speed within 0.3 seconds, supporting students, parents, teachers, and staff for safe and fast access.
• Integration with SchoolOnline Platform: Enabled centralized management of attendance and access rights, real-time updates, and minimized errors in school management.
• Liveness Detection Feature: BA8300 uses liveness detection technology to prevent spoofing, ensuring high security and stable operation even in Vietnam’s humid and rainy climate.
