OMT deployed Online Testing System for Apollo International English Center in Hanoi (http://apollo.edu.vn/en) and conducted personality test for the candidates in recruitment in the department of Center Management, Business, Office and Accounting as well as Apollo’s HR Managers. The project included:

  •        Develop the online testing system includes systems maintenance and updates;
  •        Develop the recruitment question banks tailored to Apollo staff recruitment needs;
  •        Administer online personality test of applicants to Apollo’s various positions;
  •       Analyse the testing results and produce test reports.

Implementation time: 06 months, from January2014 to July 2014
